ProgressMFG.com is a website that we created for company that makes several towing hardware products. It’s sub-brands include Equalizer Hitch, Fastway and E2. Like the Equalizer Hitch website design, this site harkens back to the glory days of cross country RV travel. The purpose of this website is to inform users about Progress MFG and it’s brands.

It’s personal.

Thursday, September 11th, 2008

It can be pretty easy to gloss over the dates and holidays that honor all those who have fought to protect and provide the freedoms we enjoy. But when it comes to 9/11 it seems to hit home with pretty much everyone. Although most of us did not have family involved, the proximity makes it more real, and makes it personal. For that reason it is a blessing to us all. It gives us a glimpse into all the very real sacrifices that we too often forget during the rest of the year. Our opportunities for creativity, for trying our ideas and for following our dreams; we owe to all those that bought us those opportunities, some with the price tag of their lives. Let us never forget, and let our remembering move us to sacrifice for freedom and to extend good will.

You look good in your space

Monday, September 8th, 2008

They say clothes make the man. What about a business? Well, being clothed is important. Plus many places won’t serve customers that don’t have a shirt or shoes. But I digress, the clothes of a business is the space it operates in.

Your space is more than a roof over your head. It’s part of who you are! When you walk into a business’ space with great lighting, high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, attractive furniture, tasteful art and nicely painted walls; you think, these guys are successful and must really know what they’re doing.

It’s all about “setting the mood through” your surroundings. We all know setting the mood makes the difference between a romantic night and sitting in front of the TV watching reruns. The same holds true for your business. If you want a business that customers are passionate about and love to visit, bite the bullet and hire an interior designer to help you out. At the very least watch HGTV and take a walk through Target or IKEA to get some ideas on how to improve the mood of your space.

Businesses that operate in an attractive interior space invite the confidence of their customers and anyone else that stops in for a visit. And visit they will.
